「Very unique house nice to have the pool because it was so hot . Our grandchildren enjoyed the fishing and our dog had lots of place to walk. Had a great time thinking about staying there next summer if we get together again. Even the pool was very clean and the kids had fun fishing. Close to the main roads so the kids could drive back to Milwaukee for work . Very pleased with our choice of this beautiful place!」

「Booked the property and couldn’t reach the property manager. Didn’t return my emails and when I called number listed on the account it was the wrong number. Grateful that VRBO customer service managed to find me a hotel for the evening while I looked for another place to stay.」

「Our stay was great. The property was at it was described and expected. The owner was available via text and communicated with me when I had questions. We would stay again!」

「The doorbell was ripped off and there's a realtor's lock on the doorknob. The house was double booked and people that had it booked for Friday & Saturday were already there - I had it booked for Saturday night only. I was charged for the full amount & then got a partial refund, and the owner booked me for the following 2 nights after I had already driven home! After a call to VRBO, I did get a full refund and the other reservations were unauthorized and canceled. Be aware!」

「We enjoyed the well-kept home, beautiful landscaping, wildlife, and clean water. Our family and dogs swam and kayaked tons. The lake was not too busy, and neighbors were friendly. The home seems on the older side, but we made the close quarters work. The steps to the upper floor are steep, but there was a bedroom for the less physically capable adults on the main floor. Two upper bedrooms are close with a pocket door separating them which needed to stay open for the ac to reach both rooms...

「Landlord was extremely responsive. Property had everything we needed. Location was perfect for downtown and lake activities. The unit became a bit warm (especially the kids' bedroom) on the couple days that the weather was quite hot, but the two main bedrooms were very comfortable.」

「This house was perfect! The host thought of everything that we could possibly need. Everything was well labeled and the decor was super cute! My entire family really enjoyed our time there. And it was an easy 10 minute drive to all the things we wanted to see and do! We would stay here again!」

「Our family had an amazing stay at the Kettle House. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind property that has been well-loved and cared for. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub, also brought our own fishing poles & had fun catching bass in the big pond! The house itself is so unique, with so much natural light and well thought out window placements that make you feel like you are part of the surrounding habitat. We will definitely book again!」
