“property was beautifully designed.lovely hot tub towels.but the lack of cleanliness throughout took away from our enjoyment of the aesthetics.upon arrival I had to clean the microwave and oven, both of which were filthy. we were asked to walk about the house without shoes, and were surprised to see how filthy our socks and feet were at that. one bathroom trash can had garbage in it when we arrived, and another bathroom trash can didn't have an insert at all, the trash just kind of falls through……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.”

“Great location to explore the Shenandoah National Forest and Shenandoah Valley for spring break. The size of the house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved their room with twin beds and many games and toys. There was a seat for the baby and a pack and play, as well.Everyone enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy meals but we were close enough to Luray to go out for any meals we wanted. It was also nice having toiletries……

“Wonderful vibes near Shenandoah National Park (~20 minute drive). The hot tub fits well for 3-4 people, and the water feels amazing. Our favorite part! There is a campfire with logs near it; can be difficult to start a fire if not experienced ... should come prepared with fire starters. Bedrooms are comfortable, and there are Roku TVs with Disney+ and Netflix as well as board games for the family or friends to spend time together indoors.”

“Wife and I and my crew chief stayed here overnight when I raced at nearby Shenandoah Speedway. The cottage is very clean and well appointed. When the only real complaint was no sugar for the coffee, when there was cream, you know it's OK. The towels were nice and fluffy and the cottage smelled clean, not like recent disinfectant. Hot water comes on quickly and the adjustable shower head worked well with no clogs. Only real issue was that our mattress was too soft for us. But my crew chief said……

“Great house in downtown Luray! We loved hanging out on the porch, both for morning coffee and happy hour. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. It was fun to watch the trains go by, and the whistles didn’t bother us at all. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. It was great to be in the hot tub after a long day of hiking.
