“The view was amazing! Hot tub was super clean (needs a new lid) house was very clean! Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! “We enjoyed staying here at Sunset Cove for a fishing tournament we participated in at Eva Landing. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. While we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked, it was really nice! The cornhole boards and ping pong table in the garage was a nice surprise for the teens. The bed was comfortable, and the space appointed with a large screen tv. I enjoyed a few nights at the fire pit in the yard adjacent to the unit. The unit is also only blocks away from the Kentucky River and beautiful sunsets. Donna was very responsive to my questions and needs. I will definitely be back! ”
