This studio unit is bright, open and perfect for 4 people that will spend their time out exploring and enjoying the restaurants and activities this local area have to offer. The kitchenette is great for a quick breakfast before heading out, offering an electric range, microwave and mini-fridge! The queen-sized bed is a BeautyRest Pressure Smart Plush bed that sleeps two and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa for two as well! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Flathead River!

    A short walk from the resort is the village of Bigfork, celebrating every season with such special events as the Whitewater Festival, Bigfork Summer Playhouse, the Festival of Arts and yuletide sleigh rides.     In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.

Nice place and location and furnishings, but . . .

Stay wasn't completely terrible, lots of potential. We arrived and entered the unit to a very stale odor that could not be overcome. We had to go to the market and purchase scented candles to correct the situation. Please freshen it up between your "busy seasons of use" before clients arrive so that it is actually pleasant to arrive after a long journey to get there. Also, we unhappily discovered that the hot water heater likely was turned down to minimum/hibernation levels between seasons. We had 10 minute hot water for a shower, while the other guest had ice cold water or had to go without for the day until back from outings. Again, please come and prepare for your quests ahead of time. I spoke with the maintanence staff at the building who said he'd try to contact the HOA for help. Help did not arrive prior to our departure 3 days later. Too bad for us, I guess. Next time, be more thoughtful to make sure your guests have a better experience, especially if they are the first guest to use your unit for the "new season" of patrons.

The property was clean and in great order. The Douro using are (the resort) was very good as well. The room was definatly good value for what we paid. I would book it again if we come back to the area.

Fun Stay! Just a little frustrating.

Showed up to the room we booked and it hadn't been cleaned yet. Contracted management and they got us upgraded to a better room, but still didn't get settled until 2 hours after check in. When I asked for late check out (12pm instead of 10 am) was told no. Room was already booked for the next guest. Overall cleanliness of the second room was good except big clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall. Tiki Bar/ wait staff was delightful. Overall, a decent stay.

Awesome place

This place was perfect! My husband did the Spartan race and we just needed a place for the 2 of us. The place was super clean and in a great location. We made dinner one night and coffee each morning and had everything we needed.
