「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need. 」

Terrific location with a nice park nearby with walking trails. Unit stayed cool even in 100 degree heat (note that heat/AC unit is located directly above the bed). Easy access and parking. 「The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing.
The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need.
The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and...

「Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). 」
