"The hotel is on a strict budget, no bottle water refills after one bottle (500ml) / person. For a 4 stars hotel, it’s kind of cheap.
The front desk staffs weren’t knowledgeable about the Mamori festival schedule, which I found it odd since it’s such a tourists attraction.
But the public onsens are grand and the location is great."
