Das Personal war bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war wohl eins der älteren Zimmer( sehr dunkel, defekter Fußboden, defektes Waschbecken, was von Seiten des Hauses ignoriert wurde) Der Frühstücksraum befand sich im Untergeschoß ohne Fenster mit einem schrecklichen Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Auswahl der Speisen war gering und lieblos präsentiert. Die Bilder im Internet stimmten nicht im geringsten ,mit dem was wir vorfanden, überein. Ein Plus war die Lage des Hotels. Wir waren enttäuscht und werden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very judgemental service
I had chosen this hotel because it was central and had very good reviews and offer value for money. However, I soon realised they were very judgemental as I was with my brother, who lives locally and presents as a free spirit person. On arrival I offered to pay for the 3 night stay but I was told to pay at the end of my stay. On the first morning of our stay, a Sunday morning at 9am, we were woken up by the strong sound of 2 police officers in plain clothes who were knocking on the door. I was shocked by this and asked what was happening 😳 then they told me that they were taking my brother to sort out a diligence. I was left unsure of what was happening and why or how long they would keep him. Luckily, by 12pm he was back in the hotel, but he realised the police had kept his wallet with the keys and bank cards. I was left thinking why they had to do that on a Sunday morning when they knew ww were staying until Tuesday. I also later found out from my brother that they wanted him to attend a court hearing on a driving offence that happened months ago. Then sudenly the hotel decided to take the money. From there on, I didn't really trust them.I asked them how the police knew we were at the hotel and why they didn't call us to come to reception. I was told that they always share information with the police on all the guests staying at their hotel. Furthermore, they said this is a normal procedure for hotels to inform the police on the identity of their guests.

Termine mi estancia un día antes y no me han facilitado la posibilidad de revertir me el importe de una noche, por otro lado en recepción indique el malestar de la habitación que me asignaron y solo me dijeron que me proporcionaban un ventilador así como el colchón en pésimo estado, en ningún momento de indicaron la posibilidad de cambiarme de habitación, Yo que no estoy delgado casi no podía entrar a ducharme, porque es enano el baño, total muy mal.

Nice and clean rooms. Great location. Approachable staff Need to improve: sustainable internet connection. The hotel stops using AC as of Oct which is not optimal since the Neighborhood is noisy in case we open the window. The acoustics and isolation of the noise - you can hear noise from one room to another, and no way to close the door without making a big noise

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The bedroom was spacious. A couple of more sockets would be ideal. The maids were very polite and friendly. The only negative was leaving the car outside the hotel while I had to go in to check in. The hotel suggest you have a ten minute free time, but if there is no parking space in the street this is impossible. A couple of designated spaces in front of the hotel would be great.
