House of horror

The communication was absolutely terrible. Nobody spoke one word of English. We had to fill out forms in Spanish on our phone, received finally access to the appt with an electronic key. That was just terrible. We felt like we were kept prisoner in that house when the lock fell shut behind us. Several times we could not open the door and had to wait several minutes till "the machine" calmed down. Absolutely horrifying experience. On both sides of the appt we were looking at a blind wall. The noises in the court yard were very loud.

Perfect spot

I highly recommend this apartment. It is clean, safe and the check in process was very easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is perfect. very close to the Casco Viejo and also an easy walk to the Guggenheim.
