Huge room and very comfortable. Great shower. Concierge team were fantastic, we arrived during a huge rainstorm which scuppered our dinner plans, but they recommended a great restaurant nearby and booked us a taxi there. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very pretty but drinks were average at best and staff were completely in chaos with the bad weather and were actually pretty rude.

The hotel is just OKAY! Staff were helpful and attentive but the property could use a ton of TLC… the room felt used and abused. The rooftop has a nice view but don’t dine in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. We stayed hungry and had to order room service.

The hotel location is excellent and right next to metro, tram and bus stops. Our room was amazing, especially the bathroom which was massive and had a wet room with a bath as well. Our room was a superior room and had an amazing large bed and large tv. The staff were really helpful and friendly and a special mention for the concierge Pablo who was really knowledgeable and gave us plenty of ideas of where to visit, eat and to have drinks. Would definitely visit gain.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in the heart of Bilbao. The hotel is small, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Bilbao, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful streets of the city. It was so convenient to explore Bilbao without needing a car or public transportation. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hotel had a lovely intimate feeling rather than feeling large or impersonal. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Bilbao. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Relative new hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bilbao, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportations. We particularly like the spacious design room and the comfortable bedding. We would love to stay there should we visit Bilbao again!

I love the how the rooms and bathrooms are designed specifically the high quality shower. Parking was a little bit hassle but few blocks away there is a parking lot. Transportation was the easiest as more busses and train station are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants and also big mall In front of the hotel.

Everything was superb! We wanted more space and booked a bigger room. It was so worth it, especially since we were there during a heatwave and spent time at the hotel when it was too hot outside. The whole hotel had perfect air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, on the top floor with a big roof terrace outside. The cleaning was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Very much a luxury hotel, we had a junior suite for a family of 3 and it was more than enough space. All the staff were great and we had everything we needed. In a great location between Guggenheim and the old town. One small point that as it’s in the centre of the town, it was a little noisy at times. The rooftop bar was lovely.

Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Spain, let down here was the inattentive and dismissive demeanor of staff (except for Alex, who was wonderful) and the pool being an additional cost to access, which was not outlined during booking. The hotel was clean and in a great location, the rooms were spacious and maintained. Finally the exec team meeting that occurs in the breakfast buffet I would suggest is done when breakfast is concluded instead of blocking people’s access with no self awareness whatsoever.

The hotel is pretty mediocre. The room size was good which is why I picked it because it worked for our family. The location is also very central which was great. Everything else is squarely ok. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Rarely even picked up the phone.
