Room smelled like pet urine. No pots, pans, or utensils for the kitchen so not terribly useful without going to buy all of those items to make it work for making own food there. Staff wasn't very professional or interested in our issues.

We got there st 4 pm. Our room was not ready. Then we learned the elevator was broken...this news came to us at 5. Our room was on the third floir. We are 77 years old and not able to drag luggage up 3 flights.of stairs. We asked for our money back. Was supposed to get an email this evening...which i didn't....not happy!!!

Outside looks like a normal okay hotel. Inside is another story. It’s horrible in cleanliness no changed sheets, stains everywhere and you can hear everyone and everything. And just unsafe as well. Only good thing is the washers and dryer’s. -5/10 do not recommend!!

Terrible staff at the reception… screwed up our reservation , payed in full weeks before for a ground level room. She than sent us to a 2nd floor room, in renovation… It’s very clear this hotel (which otherwise would be ok), needs a good management. Allan the maintenance guy saved our stay. Fixed up a room for us on the main level and made somehow the reception lady to behave properly… In our opinion he has manager quality, but don’t know if that is what he wants.. Thanks Allan!

Every sink and bath backed up. There was weed reminants on my bed spread. Even the little soap was literally smashed to pieces. We checked in late and the staff didn’t turn on the little furnace thing in our room it was freezing for most of the night because of this. The floors in the lobby and elevator looked like they hadn’t been washed since Christmas. Their continental breakfast is a decanter of coffee and a packaged muffin.

This was convenient and accessible for a one night stay due to a medical procedure. Room was a nice size and the kitchen seemed very good. Bathroom was adequate, though water doesn’t get very warm in the tub. Would stay here again.

On Expedia breakfast was listed as free breakfast. When we arrived we inquired as to breakfast in the morning and were advised that it was a grab and go and that they have been having supply problems. So maybe no breakfast. Very disappointed with this!! Didn't see any grab and go bags when we left. So we didn't even inquire. Think you should be a little more descriptive of what kind of breakfast is being provided.
