The place was very shady. Random questionable people milling around. Some gave off the appearance of living at the place long term. Random stuff/trash on sidewalks. People passed out in their vehicles in the parking lot. We did not feel entirely safe. It is my mistake for assuming it would be fine and being cheap, but I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. The lady at the check in desk was friendly though.

Do not stay here!!!

This was my worst hotel stay ever. No toilet paper, no waste paper basket. No glass to take my meds. No bedspread. One tiny blanket and the ac was turned to 60°. The clerk left the office for over 45 minutes. The phone didn’t work. The internet didn’t work. And there was only one bar cell service. This is a truly horrible place to stay.

Horrible place

Dirty, clogged shower drain causing over flow onto floor, no waste basket in room, extremely noisy with people conducting less the savior things all throughout the night. Was not able to get rest

They didn't have rooms available and offered us a room that was under construction. Floor was being replaced,ect. Got an apology from the receptionist and she said I will be refunded. Talked to Expedia the next day and I was told I wouldn't get a refu nd because the manager said the receptionist shouldn't have told us we would be refunded. Expedia said I can't do anything about it and I will be out of the cost for the room. Expedia should know better than to have this type of hotel on their site. I will not use Expedia again.

The first room had a broken window… The second room I was given was stinky, had not been cleaned for a while as there were many item under both bed obviously left by previous guests and never noticed by cleaning staff. The register on the AC was filthy, so I didn’t run it. Bed sheets looked like somebody had already slept in them. I used my own travel comforter and pillow and since I couldn’t sleep in this stitch I left 2 hours later. Terrible experience for $74.-

There was bugs on the floor/ bed, we were moved to a second room where there was more bugs, toilet was plugged with black in it and the shower had plastic bags with black on them. The sheets in the third room had dirty spots on it. Scared to sleep under covers No hot water to shower. Rate from 0-10, 0 for disgusting

Waiting on my refund

I never had a chance to stay they would not accept my temporary drivers license as my ID and would not let me stay even though Hotels.com had already verified me and sent them the money. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Room had hole in wall and bathroom door, huge gap in door to room, neighbors fought all hours and dogs barking for hours on end.

Room was not as represented on the website I booke

We booked a room with two queen bags. Neither bed had a bedspread or comforter on it. Each queen size bed had one pillow on it. The blankets that were exposed because of no comforter had cigarette holes on both of them. One of them had another large hole that was not a cigarette burn.

Room was dirty, cigarette burns on bed spread, ice machine out of order, almost no water pressure, the entire property needs a deep clean. I tried calling the desk multiple times both days during my stay with no answer. Also had to have my room card reprogrammed twice because of proximity to my cell phone, or car keys. It’s a ridiculous expectation to essentially tell your guests they can’t keep a room key in their pants pocket. All of these conditions, and still a “newly renovated” sign out front. It’s almost laughable.
