Charming, Economical, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home Away From Home.

We have 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Pond with goldfish ( is currently not in operation) large flower filled (SPRING) property. Unfortunaly we lost 1/2 of our beautiful blooming pear tree in hurricane. Also the gold fish pond is waiting to be restored due to damages so is not in service at this time.

We are just a few short miles from the artsy community of Ocean Springs or the beautiful Biloxi & Ocean Springs beaches.
Centrally located, just an hours drive to New Orleans or Mobile, Alabama. Lots of charter fishing, 12 casinos, 18 golf courses and within minutes from many restaurants, theaters, and museums.

NOTE: Our home was built in 1965 by our parents. We love our home. It is not a new
house or beach condo. We do keep the photos updated as much as possible.

This place is easy to get to; close to Biloxi beaches and casinos and close to downtown Ocean Springs. We had a great time staying here!

Weekend Fishing Getaway

Nice property that suited our group of 4 and two fur babies just fine for the weekend. We lived on the coast for 10 years and came back to get a day in fishing and also visit our church/friends which is only two minutes away. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. There is no cable or satellite tv just HD Antenna stations but there is a firestick so if you use this type of service currently you can log on and still watch sports.

Quiet, clean, convenient location

My family and I had a wonderful visit with our daughter that is in the military. The home was clean and in a quiet location. Within 5 to 15 min drive to restaurants, Keesler afb and, beaches. The home manager communicated all information and was super helpful with all questions I had. I highly recommend this home for long stays in a home away from home. My family and I loved the stay, and we will plan a longer vacation with this home. It has washer and dryer, very nice fridge. Stove and microwave, and anything else a home away from home would need. Did I mention quiet and secure home and neighborhood? Will stay again!

Travel Softball in Diberville

We rented this property since we had a travel softball tournament in Diberville that weekend. Place is nice with plenty of room for 6 guests. Everything was clean with all the essentials. Location is convenient to everything. If there was anything that I could fault it would be the inside central unit. It is rather loud when running. Other than that everything was great. Would rent again.

Bare Essentials

Shower in master bath barely with any water pressure. No Wifi, only a handful of TV channels. Cookware and grills are NOT useable. No extra linens, not even a blanket. Minimal towels. No ashtrays outside as advertised. Be sure to bring bug spray/candles if you plan on spending any time on the patio!

Hidden gem convenient to the casinos & restaurants

The location is perfect or the best of both worlds vacation to Biloxi. You get the peace & quiet of residential neighborhood but you're also minutes away from the casinos, restaurants, & minor league ball park. The house is clean, super cute & the property manager is very responsive (and, may have become a life-long friend)!

Family reunion

We were going to be in town for a family reunion and needed a place for 2 small family groups to stay. This rental house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. It was very conveniently located to the interstate, restaurants, shopping areas and the casinos. The house itself is very well taken care of. It was clean and had a lot of amenities included. We would definitely consider renting again if we stay in the area again.

I would recommend this property. Karen was a super host. Called to tell us we could check in early if would be arriving early. Asked her to add a extra day at the last minute. And she accommodated us. Property was as described in listing. Would stay here again.

Backyard is a mess with old algae covered plastic chairs, debris and old dog crate. If we had brought a pet it would have escaped due to no gate being on the fence. Glass door to porch looks like it had been forced open with a crowbar at some point in time (not a good impression when traveling with children). Entry sitting room furnished with old out of date furniture that is faded and threadbare. Cockroach in kitchen upon arrival (it it Mississippi, but check property before people arrive). Mattresses are OLD and sag and look like they should be at an old highway hotel. I have been in old homes before and grew up near historic Williamsburg...old doesn't scare/bother me, but the furniture was neglected and derelict. It could be a Great place with a little attention and new furniture (including mattresses), but I was disappointed in the furnishings of the house and the state of the outside. I would not pay 165 per night to stay here again. Honest opinion of furnishings, great communication with host, location OK....right next to gas station, so trucks are loud sometimes....just spent the evenings here and I cannot speak to condition of neighborhood during the day.

Everything great except fenced in back yard.

The house was comfortable with plenty of pots and pans for cooking thanksgiving dinner. The back yard, had some fence security problems. One gate will not latch at all and there is a big open gap in the other gate. So I had to take my dogs out in leashes each time instead of having a fenced in yard to roam around.

Listing photos do not reflect the current state of the property, tree in front is dead, back yard is overgrown and neglected. The furnace is a 1976 unit, per research into the manufacturer's serial numbering system, is rusted with exposed wiring and so loud that sleeping and watching tv are difficult. Kitchen cabinets and closets are crammed with old and dirty items, including cathode ray tvs, bags, boxes, bags of unknown items and even a mattress. Fans are caked with dust, master bath smells dank, oven is dirty, old dirty pots and pans. Listing states safety equipment which is not present, there is only a single smoke detector (old) without a battery in the dining room and two fire extinguishers with tags dated 1976 & 1989. Furnace, stove & water heater are gas, if there is a fire or carbon monoxide leak there would be no warning. Due to safety and cleanliness concerns we booked another location and messaged the host with our concerns, requesting a refund for the unused days. She elected to not reply and kept our money, VRBO did not assist, even with photographic evidence. We complied with all exit requirements, including leaving furnace and lights off, doors locked, both keys in their proper locations and linens/towels in the laundry room. Any negative reply to this review by the host is unfounded and vindictive in nature. Reserve this home at your own risk.

D'Iberville Cruisin the coast 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home, thank you for sharing it with us!! The house was everything depicted and more, the pictures on vrbo do not do it justice! Obviously you are an accomplished artist, you paintings are beautiful, and it's so tastefully decorated. The mattresses on beds were very comfy. If we had anything to note it is that the water pressure in the master shower is so low. Otherwise you thoughtfully provided every detail for our comfort. Thanks so much and hope to visit again soon.
