*Pets are Welcome with approval and $300 non refundable pet deposit. Please send an inquiry with the number, types, and sizes of pets prior to booking. Once approved, you will receive a booking pre-approval with a quote that includes the pet fee.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while breathing in the salty air of the beautiful MS Gulf Coast. After a fun day at the beach, walk to restaurants or enjoy an evening of grilling in the backyard. Top off your night chatting around an open fire in the backyard or relaxing on the screened back porch. The back porch bar is a perfect place to get creative with cocktails or experiment with sno-cone flavors for the kids (ice shaver is stored in the kitchen).
A day at the beach is just one of the many options our MS Gulf Coast has to offer. Among all of the possibilities, here a just a few of our favorites:
- Walk to Jones Park for a fun day of splash pads and picnicking. Jones Park also offers scheduled entertainment including a Fishing Rodeo in July and an annual Festival of Lights during Christmas.
- In season, walk to the Gulfport Harbor for a ride on the Ship Island Excursion Boat. The excursion provides plenty of time for touring Historic Fort Massachusetts, relaxing on the barrier island beach, and beach combing. For more information visit https://msshipisland.com/.
-Get in the car and you’ll find more fun with outlet malls, discount stores, golf courses and the Gulf Island Water Park.
- Need a night out? The MS Gulf Coast is home to a variety of night life opportunities including casinos, fine dining, and dance clubs. Hop on google for a quick search of "MS Gulf Coast Nightlife" to learn more.
*Note: The cottage has 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a tub/no shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/no tub. So, 2 full bathrooms; one with a tub only and one with a shower only.

Pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet (and receive approval and pay the pet fee), upon arrival with pets we will send a charge for a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay.
