"We have been going to this resort for 4 years. Never had a problem. Loved it there. This year was awful. My son’s comforter was stained with either dry blood or some other bodily function. And then there was a cockroach the size of a matchbox car in our room. We tried to call the front desk 3 times and they did not answer. So my husband and son took pics of the roach and stain and went to the front desk. They were directed to a supervisor. They tried to keep low voices so none of the other guests could hear. The supervisor basically blew them off and told them to wait for the head of housekeeping. When she arrived she asked them if they would like another room. Yes! She then said we couldn’t because they were sold out. What?! Why did you offer? They said they would go back up and do a deep cleaning. They did this when we went to dinner. When we got back the roach was done and a new comforter was put on the bed. We were not offered anything and no one apologized. After we left I sent an email to their customer care. Never got a response. Tried the CEO, nothing. I found a 3rd email address and sent a message. I was asking for a refund at this point. We even left a day early. I finally got an email back instructing me to call the resort directly. Why would I do that? They didn’t do anything when I was there. Very disappointed. "

"Gorgeous place! Perfect for our family of 3. The beach is only a short walk and within walking distance to a few amazing restaurants. Casinos less than a 10 minute drive. Owners were amazing, great and quick communication, property was spotless and we felt at home. Will definitely stay again!"

"The drive into the complex is a little tricky as it sits off of Beach Hwy and it is towards the back of the property. It is an older condo but is clean and stocked with all the essentials."
