「Check in was easy. This home sits in amazing spot between the ocean and the intercostal waterway. 「The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. 「This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! 「For a family vacation this year we chose to take our four generations to this beautiful home in Saint Augustine. It truly was everything that the pictures showed more. Having separate bathroom suites in each bedroom was fantastic, and welcomed by us all. The well appointed kitchen was a great bonus. 「Overall house was nice. Great porch to sit and enjoy the ocean. The beach itself was very rough so it was not enjoyable to go in the ocean which was a huge let down. The refrigerator upstairs did not work so we had to keep going up and down because the only working refrigerator was downstairs. They tried to fix the refrigerator but they did not. The bathroom in the upstairs king room was very small and had a funny smell to it. Great location just not a beach friendly location.」
