I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! They even have movie nights on Sunday with free popcorn and 50% discount on food and drinks by the bar during happy hour. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Cassia Bintan! The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, the location and beach is stunning and the rooms modern and well equipped. I can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely love Cassia Bintan. It is the best value for what you get - you have a beautiful beach right in front, along with 2 different pools you can access. Rooms are super clean, cute. Staff is incredible. Though this is not a 'luxury' hotel, it was a perfect place to get away & relax.

Loved everything about the Cassia, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a lovely living area. The beachfront location was gorgeous, sandy white beach and the beautiful pool looking out to sea. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. You can use the facilities at the other hotels within the group and we had dinner at Treetops at the Banyan Tree one evening which added to the experience. We went midweek so it was very relaxed and peaceful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked quad bikes, paddle boards and a mangrove boat trip and had great fun. Would thoroughly recommend Cassia.

Staff at Cassia are super attentive. Unfortunately for me, I came down with fever and gastroenteritis . Everything tasted bad at lunch yesterday. A comfortable bed, and all's fine this morning. Hope my Goan fish curry tastes good!

Right on the beach, lovely biew, comfortable little apartment with 80s feel furniture. A very nice stay. Staff were very friendly.
