酒店的服務真的很不錯! 我們從入住就感受到他們的熱情, 由於我們有一位同行實在暈船暈到不行, 站不直走不了那種, 他們的職員很貼心的特別用私家車送她去渡假村, 而其它人則坐shuttle bus. 村裡雖然只有一家餐廳, 但水準很不錯, 也沒有想其它村一樣價錢貴到誇張, 都是正常價位, 另設在房裡BBQ, 也很特別!

Lovely Place to Getaway!
new, clean and bright villa, nothing much to criticize really!! food was nice but i'd prefer it as room service; buffet in the cafe food wasn't warm enough, but staff are attentive and friendly. there were some activities provided by the villa and free shuttle to the Plaza Lagoi (but you'd not go, there's nothing there!) I'm already satisfied by my pool villa so these others didn't excite me. Spa was nice too but you gotta book it before you check-in, it's busy!

房間很大很整潔，但是露天浴室的設計實在不合適，晚上風很大，把浴室的門吹得直嚮，根本很難入睡。酒店裏頭什麼設施都沒有，早餐很差。絕對不會再入住。

我和太太在這裡住了4天，我們被這裡親切的員工、優美的環境所深深吸引，每天上午她們派高爾夫球車送我們到海灘旁的餐廳用餐，你的視線將不會想要離開這片美麗的沙灘和迷人的小島。 她的泳池比起一般的VILLA更大，且水質乾淨透徹，140公分深度，還有階梯及扶手方便老人小孩上下泳池，十分貼心的設計。 我們也使用兩次SPA，一次在房間內，一次在店內。房間內的2.5個小時的PACKAGE包括傳統按摩+BODY SCRUB+BODY MASK 含稅價格是90萬盧比(約合台幣2300)，以飯店按摩的價格非常便宜。可散步也可請高爾夫球車載到SPA，店內感覺非常華麗，更重要的是技術絕對到位，一路都在半夢半醒。 不同於巴里島，在這裡感覺更像度假，我們會再來的，

I stay in a two bedroom pool villa. The place is very large, both bedroom have very nice bathroom and the swimming pool is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful to arrange the activities. Excellent place to stay.

Amazing stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi
We had a lovely family holiday staying at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. All staff were very nice and accommodating. A welcome fruit platter and cake were a very nice touch from the resort. We will be back to stay here again in the near future. Ferry transfer was excellent

Nice relaxing holiday !
Excellent place. The best part of the resort is the service and the staff. All the staff are welcoming, very friendly, polite, respectful, and eager to serve you. Mentioning some of the names I remember: Anisa, Frida, Firdaus - but regardless, they were all excellent. Ms. Nereng at the restaurant was exceptional. She arranged a dinner table for us right on the beach that made for a very memorable family dinner. The ATV riding and archery with our guide Dandy were really fun. The restaurant has vegetarian options and the staff is friendly enough to cater to special requests as well. This is a great place to chill and relax far from the madding crowd because the property is located far from the main city and is so spacious that you’re never on the midst of a crowd. There is a very small mall (Lagoi Bay Plaza) nearby, where there is a supermarket and some shopping (the HeloHelo cafe there is very nice). The resort offers a shuttle there and back. The villas themselves were also very comfortable and beautiful. The layout with a pool and a dining area beside is well-designed. The bathroom is large and has a nicely-designed bathtub. The private beach of the resort is clean and beautiful. There are bean bags placed on huge rocks for you to sit and enjoy the views. That is very thoughtful . There is a small bar area on the beach . The restaurant also faces the beach. Sunset is beautiful here !

家族で年越しをしました。 スタッフは皆親切で、英語も聞き取りやすく安心して滞在できました。 まだ新しく、設備は快適でした。 夜間の蚊に悩まされましたが、致命的ななマイナス点ではなかったです。夕暮れ前に窓は閉めた方がよいでしょう。 大晦日のディナービュッフェ(別料金)とカウントダウンの花火が催されましたが、ヴィラ内の小規模なもので、やかましすぎず、寂しすぎずで丁度良い雰囲気でした。 コストパフォーマンスは最高点です。 食事は最高点ではないものの、この滞在費を考えれば十分満足です。 フィードバックをとても大切にしているようで、それがよく生かされていました。 検討されているかたは是非お勧めします。 小学生の子供たちも広々としたヴィラに大満足の様子でした。

Great for privacy, but no atmosphere
This hotel is actually a collection of walled villas, several having their private pool. Most visitors during our stay remained inside those villas, barely coming out. It's great if you look for private time with your loved ones. The villas are great, the private pool is big enough to swim and the food is vary tasty (bring your drinks to save money, villas have a fridge). The compound is clean with nice gardening. The downside is that the whole place feels like a clinic, with barely anyone in sight - for instance, the beach was empty, as was the restaurant (most residents have their meal delivered to their villa). So if you look for a fun place, that's not where to go. Same for the nearby village that felt like a ghost town. I strongly recommend a day trip to the south of Bintan, outside of the secluded resort zone. It will give you a feel for the real Indonesian

Terrible stay
The hotel is very intrusive, calling us multiple times late at night at 11+pm to check on the guest. When questioned, we were told that visitors ought to exit the villa by 6pm. Is this an hotel or hospital?! Even hospital have visiting to 8pm! And this visiting hours wasn’t even made known to us. The villa is filled with Ironman athletes, calling at 11+ disrupted their rest greatly! The hotel wasn’t clean up at all in the 4 days I stayed. There were many mosquitos, amongst many ants and other insects and bitten us badly. Deposit is held for 2-3mths without notifying us. When ask, they said it’s the policy but wasn’t written anywhere! I m terribly upset and disappointed given the price tag of the stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! All ferries to the nearest terminal were fully booked but staff helped us book our transport to and from an alternative terminal. They also helped book transport to the nearby mall, and seafood restaurant. We wanted to extend our stay but all villas were booked since it's a long weekend holiday.

洗面、浴室、トイレのロケーションや雰囲気は申し分ないのですが、屋外との間仕切りがなかったので、虫が入ってきました。 １枚間仕切りがあると、さらに素晴らしいと思います。

Hotel provided complimentary pickup from and to ferry terminal and daily breakfast. Checkin and checkout process was fast and efficient. The staff at the reception, restaurant and grounds were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed at was clean and very spacious. We had a great time swimming in the villa’s private pool. The restaurant has a varied menu so everyone could order what they would like from western to Asian to local Indonesian cuisine. For water activities, we had to go to a nearby lagoon for them. We did hire an ATV guide from the hotel. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us have a really good time on the ATV tracks. We checked out the hotel spa but did not book any sessions there. Prices were higher than the spa in the local mall which provided complimentary transportation. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return in the future.

全体的にすごく綺麗で良かったですが、テラスに蜂の巣が数個あって、除去してもらったが、蜂が帰ってくるので、怖かったです。室内は快適でとても良かったです。

We love this villa it's beautifully decorated and stylish. We are very happy. However there are lots of mosquitoes from the evening until the morning. The bedroom doors may need to repair so that there's no gap for the mozzie to get in. The staff are very well mannered and helpful. Their service is excellent !
