Bintan island is wonderland. Mayang provide a better individual environment to your trip. Walk out your wood house, there is the beach, listen to the wave during your sleep. So relaxing. Breakfast buffet is included. Every staff is nice. There is 24 hours room food servoce. The only disadvantage is the food option in the the resort. Especially the sea food restaurant, food are not fresh, but charge in fresh seafood price. Over pricing. A little bit disappointed.

Great resort
Nice beach is just infront of our room. Full of starts at night. Great resort. Very nice and helpful staff. What ever we ask for, they try their best to fulfill. The breakfast is great also as full of fresh fruit.

Beautiful seaview
As we stayed at the seaside chalet, we could enjoy the beautiful seaview all day long. And we were embraced by the sounds of the seawave during our sleep. Also, the staff were nice and there were lots of facilities to enjoy. The only drawback was that sometimes I would feel itchy due to the mosquito bites.

Not worth it! Won't recommend it!very regretful !
?????!???????????resort! It's not worth!paying the most but the condition is the worst! The interior of the room is old and dirty, the bed sheet and the pillows cases are dirty and old, the phone is not working , the door from the bathroom can't close, no towel is provided, the beach inside the resort is dirty with a lot of junk and never be clean, I won't recommend it and very regretful to stay there.

Beautiful property where you walk out of a beach view room to a 20 m walk to the ocean. Very quiet in November and we literally had an entire beach to ourselves, Food options were good if a little limited this time of year without the beach bar being open for snacks

シンガポールからフェリーで入島しましたが、お迎えも来ており、フェリーターミナルからも近かったのですぐにホテルに着きました。 ビーチが目の前のコテージは静かで、お部屋もとてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。プールで遊ぶにはNirwanaの方に行かなければなりませんが、すぐに車を出してもらえて不便はありませんでした。スタッフの方はみなフレンドリーかつ礼儀正しく、とても対応はよかったです。 ちなみに宿泊時にはリゾート内のレストランは一部しか開いておらず、我々は二泊で問題ありませんでしたが、長期滞在の方には不便かもしれません。またコインランドリーがなく、電子レンジ使えないとのことでした。（持参していたパックのご飯は、お願いして湯煎で温めてもらいました） 全般的に満足できるリゾートで、また機会があれば来たいと思います。

All the staff were so kind. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was located at the nearby hotel, but you could either do a 10 minute walk or take a shuttle. The pool itself was gorgeous. Would absolutely come again.

Plenty of beach front area. Very relaxing and very clean. Excellent and friendly staff - both resort and restaurant staff. Some litter in upper beach area - maybe away from prying eyes; but still there. Could use a complete, thorough clean-up Overall a very positive stay at this resort. As it was the quiet season it detracted from the overall atmosphere and must have been difficult for the resort staff. Would stay here again.
