The beautiful living room offers a flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, DVD player, and kitchenette. Four floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area can be opened to create an outdoor seating area. All windows in the living room and kitchen area are equipped with privacy blinds.

A child up to 6 years old can sleep on the sofa bed.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes, etc. The round dining table can be extended (larger) if needed.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one is 1.80m x 2.00m, the other 1.60m x 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. The bedroom windows can be completely darkened with electric exterior blinds. Bedroom 1 also has a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. A separate guest toilet completes the amenities.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

A parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge (entrance height 1.90m).

You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage.
