In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and excursions into the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together. A baker provides fresh rolls every day, an Italian for delicious pizzas and pasta, and a modern lounge for crispy salads and delicious juices. An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.[nbsp] A year-round sauna (coin operated) provides for further rest and relaxation.

Apartment 101RB0, House Verando:
Your comfortable and modern non-smoking apartment 101RB0 is on the 3rd Upper floor of the house and can be occupied by up to 4 people. The 63 sqm apartment has a spacious balcony towards the Baltic Sea with a view over the pine forest. The 2-room apartment, furnished with attention to detail, makes for a particularly pleasant stay thanks to its high-quality furnishings. The apartment is divided into a hallway with a cloakroom, a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a modern kitchen with dining area for 4 people. In the living area you will find a comfortable seating area with a high-quality ligne roset sofa bed, flat-screen TV, WiFi, music system and a fireplace with a comfortable seating area. From here you can access the adjoining breakfast balcony. In the kitchen area you will find an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other kitchen helpers. The sleeping area on the sea side has a double bed, a large wardrobe and blackout fabrics for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a glass rain shower, wash basin [&] toilet.[nbsp] You will find a covered parking space directly in the parking garage.

Tolle Wohnung zu einer besonderen Zeit

Wohnung gut ausgestattet, mit Parkplatz. Verbesserungen wären "Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau". Wir haben uns gut erholt. Im Sommer ist es sicher sehr viel mehr los und wann nerven alle, die mit kurz mal (drei Stunden) vorm Haus parken. So richtig schön ist es wohl erst, wenn die Bauarbeiten am Nachbarblock beendet sind.
