The hotel is located in the Jewellery Quarter ideal for access to many bars and restaurants including the superb St.Pauls Market and only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Our room was comfortable if a little on the small side (no tea/coffee making facilities). Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful

Staff were friendly, it was an easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean but rather small (not a problem if you just need a base and a place to sleep) The shower was great and lovely smelling toiletries. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city centre - a taxi is about the same time because of all the one way roads. A few nice places to eat and drink nearby.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. We had to ask to move rooms due to the room next door smoking something which made a smell - staff were great and dealt with the situation very well. Really nice, quiet location with a reasonable priced xar

It is my second time staying at bloc hotel apartments and its always a pleasure. The staff are A+ very welcoming i had 2 heavy bags and one of the staff members asked if i needed any help taking bags to my room as i was second floor he went out of his way and it much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and i would recommend friends and family to stay here if they need accommodation when coming from out of towm. A+ staff and stay thank you

Warm welcome from staff but lift was out of order so we had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Room was clean and comfortable but shower did not work properly until I cleaned shower head to get good water flow otherwise an enjoyable overnight stay.
