Very welcoming and helpful staff, great with our children too. Our room was great, however the bathroom felt a bit tired. There was a weird musty smell in our toom when wr got there, but once we opened the window and let it all air out it was fine. Breakfast was regularly topped up, offering plenty of variety.

We turned up at 10.30pm on a night to be told there wasn't a room ready even though we had a booking. The hotel was very noisy as there had been a party on. To be fair to the guy on reception, he offered us a free drink at the bar while he prepared our room himself. Not a great experience

Really helpful staff, rooms immaculate, on site gym brilliant. Food wasnt great unfortunately, 1.5hour wait for wrong food to arrive, however the stsff dealt with the situation really well, csnt fault them. Maybe the food issue was isolated to me. Generally village hotels are really good. Ill stay again for sure

Arrived and all but one of the self check-in kiosks were out of order. Waited and used it, only for it to freeze. A member of staff then assisted from his laptop but insisted we needed to pay for the room, even though it had been paid for in advance. He remained insistent, even after being shown the receipt. I refused to pay again and asked him to double check. He reluctantly did so and discovered it had been paid. No apology offered and he checked us in. This took far too long. The room was okay. The rainforest shower didn't work nor did the TV.
