"There was nothing to experiential! Staff was brash and not at all trained. Place is being run like a banquet hall than a luxury / upper upscale hotel. Nothing matches to Hyatt standards."

"The property is well maintained. The staff is not on point. Inconsistent information. Terrace bar area service was poor. Morning breakfast delayed serving and staff would take order and forget. Same experience with bar area. Also, messed up the orders."

Provided great service around a relaxed environmen

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the owner and staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service looking after us. The location is bliss from the bustle and noise of the city."
