「Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content.」

「Good location. Superb front desk staff, especially Sanjar who helped me find the western bus station and purchased a bus ticket to Almaty. Breakfast selection was decent. Areas of improvement are: 1. Outlet location in the room #2. The road in front of the hotel has deep potholes and full of dirty water after the rain. It was challenging to walk to the main street 」

「I really enjoyed my stay - a great location in downtown Bishkek, walking distance to the sights and city centre. Breakfast was good and it was nice having the pool and sauna on site. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Nothing special. We've got a family room. Upon check-in, we found no water in the toilet flash sink. Kids also found a big cockroach in the bathroom」
