Carpets were filthy, a huge stain by the night stand, and between the foot of the two beds.
The sheets and the terry towels were white and clean. Though again, I go back to how filthy the carpets were. As a fellow GM, this room would have never been rented until a complete PM had been done. In addition, this room would have been place as “last to sell”, until the carpets had been cleaned. That’s how back they are.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The front desk agent who checked me in an hour early, was very pleasant and accommodating. The love housekeeper, who stopped by to see if I needed service on my second day, was absolutely wonderful and even gave me a broom and dust pan to allow me to clean up my pet’s litter mess before departing the hotel. She was wonderful.
Would I stay again, only if I had to.
