The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the hotel's amenities, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and wellness centre was a nice addition. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. "Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."
