「Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly. Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.」

「Good trail nearby, and bus route to town too!」

「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「Well-situated between Winter Park Resort area and village activities of WP/Fraser. Maintenance staff was exceptional.」

「The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.」

「Beautiful condo with amazing views from the balcony. Very clean, host was very responsive, excellent communication. Great place to stay!」

「The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. The furniture in the living room and the dining table needs to be upgraded. The property is very good for summer and winter activities. There are several restaurants within the larger...

「This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase.」

「Great place, super friendly host! Highly recommend!!」

「Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!! 」

「The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here.」

「The bed was horrible and the only thing the property manager said back was sorry he never had no complaints ok yea bed was so bad you couldn’t sleep bed squeaking my back was killing me so uncomfortable old bed」

「Everything is good」

「Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!」

「The host was great. However, the attached room occupants were very noisey and loud during the day and evening. We went next door to ask them to be quieter which did help some.」

「Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!」

「This property was awesome very clean. The only turn off was no kitchen. The owners were very kinds and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!」

「Very good communication through the entirety of the stay. room is all you really need for one person and it is well maintained. view is great, would stay again. 」

「A lovely place to stay. This unit was on the end of the building which gave us a little more privacy on the front porch chairs and on the back deck. Nice view from the windows. A pretty short pathway to the building with the pool and hot tubs. A nice stroll into town as well. It is only a 5 minute drive to the winter park ski resort. I would highly recommend this place.」
