「Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...

「Family friendly and spacious basement with great communication with the owners. Our family of 8 came down to spend our Spring break adventuring and hiking. It just so happened to be the week of a crazy snowstorm and the walkway was always shoveled for us in case we wanted to venture out. Though we did stay and enjoy home cooked meals and movie binges as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a perfect cozy place to stay and I would highly recommend.」

「This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...
