The water park needs to be worked on many things do not work and the wave pool barely makes waves and was very cold had lots of life guards though decent breakfast buffet for the price room was very plain just basic beds were comfortable but I probably won't visit here again needs to be updated

Very disappointed TV in our suite didn’t work called for tech he couldn’t fix it. The beds are very lumpy n uncomfortable. Plus a dog in adjoining room kept barking for several hours. Will not stay there again . Very expensive not worth it !

Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold. Talked to the cashier about it and they just smiled and said sorry. I walked up again and as I was walking up they made sure to grab the tip jar and put it on the counter and when I walked away they took it off. The room was at least up to a semi decent standard minus the the panel ripping out of the wall. Got charged an extra 30 dollars at the door for using expedia... Frustrating experience with kids.

Very disappointing compared to our stay two years ago. We loved this resort so much the first time that we returned and even convinced friends to make the 3-hour drive with us. Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the sink, food left on the pull-out bed, blood on the walls, and the floors were dirty. To make matters worse, half of the indoor water park was closed due to staffing shortages, and the outdoor water park was closed for maintenance despite the website indicating it was open. Our friends were so dissatisfied that they requested a refund and left within 12 hours. We chose to stay and make the best of our family weekend, but this experience was nowhere near what we expected based on our previous visit. I spoke directly with the owner regarding our concerns and the fact that we were unable to use a significant portion of the water park amenities we paid for. Unfortunately, no compensation or accommodation was offered. Sadly, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this resort to others.

Went for my daughter's birthday weekend winter getaway. She wanted to go to an indoor water park. The entire hotel was cold, pool water freezing, the life guards wearing winter jackets and hats, and both hot tubs shut down. The resort and stay was a big disappointment.

Staff were nice, early check in. Only thing it was super cold inside the water park. My family and I were going down the elevator when a lady stopped us and asked if we were going to the water park, and said it is super cold that they had to go upstairs their room. We still went down and in fact it was super cold. But other than that we will come back in the summer time!

Neither hot tubs were working and no one was able to use the slides because they didn’t have staff to watch them. The staff they did have were fully clothed and you couldn’t tell who the lifeguards are. To top it off the place was so cold I was in a sweater and had put on a bathrobe on top of that to stay warm in the water park.

The resort is nice overall, I think it’s poorly managed, staff is very limited especially around the food court, not even very appetizing seeing a sign at the counter that said they are away in the bathroom, paints a bad picture that they will be making my food when they come back, barf.Life guards are not very attentive, water was cold at the waterpark.
