The hotel is located fairly central and easy to access local attractions. When we arrived the room was decent sized (double and single bed with closet space). Bathroom is small and dated. The water pressure isn’t great it’s more of a dribble. There was also toilet roll in the toilet bowl when we first walked in and hairs on the shower wall which was somewhat off putting. There was also something coming out of the tap which was concerning (see picture). On the plus side, staff seemed friendly and hotel was quiet.

Great location and easy parking opposite. If you just need a bed it’s fine but we were here for a competition so girls needed sleep It was like sleeping in a disco, hot water speradic, no hot breakfast Unfortunately won’t return as didn’t suit our needs

Car park opposite is ideal and super close to town which is great. Hotel is however so dated, and cleanliness in rooms and outside of hotel is not great. WiFi doesn’t work. Everywhere creaks as you move around so woken by other families throughout stay as people moved through hotel. Hairdryer broken, toilet seat broken, shower pointless and dirty, throw on bed dirty, windows grotty.

I was disappointed when we turned up and the bathroom in our room had not been cleaned! Bins still full of rubbish, No real service, when I Asked could someone clean the bathroom,my reply from front desk staff was we only tidy the room we don't service them every day !! I did say they are not our stocking in the bathroom bins !! Next day did in myself & I had to ask for toilet paper, I changed our own sheets,and got clean towels, they seemed very short staffed, I am giving them the benefit of the doute !! I did get a iron& ironing board when I asked which was helpful as we were there for a dance competition, rooms were very hot , no fan and couldn't open a window, Positive: the cleaning staff on last day were lovely tea milk , probably all to late by that time but was nice gesture anyway Sadly at this time not up to standard and would not return, feel I should have been paid for my work not pay them to stay 🤔 Only positive was close to venue

We come as group of friends and had very good time. Rooms side by side, all clean and comfortable. Location perfect for everything – beach, tram, pubs all close. Staff help us a lot, very friendly team.

Bed wasnt level it , it dropped to one side so when you lay down you could tell, it was also very creaky so every time you moved it would make a loud sound, the toilet/bathroom door wouldnt close from the outside which ment the cold draft and light would come into the room at night and with the door next to the bed it wasnt ideal, there was also a damp patch on the wall this was noticed by the huge bubble in the paint work
