Thanks to Simon we had a very pleasant experience starting with a delicious real English breakfast. It was a quiet and safe neighbourhood as well. Simon treats his guests with a wonderful, respectful and personable energy that gave us a great stay, Cheers!

Close to the beach

Had a wonderful stay at the Lynwood. Simon is a excellent host, very friendly and makes the most amazing cooked breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Visit to blackpool

Simon was brilliant at the lynwood very polite and friendly makes you always feel welcome will answer any questions you have can have a laugh and a joke with simon once a again really friendly and respectfull and great hotel. Great breakfest in the mornings great advice on were to eat nice hotel clean and tidy will return to this hotel next time i vist blackpool many thanks.

September weekend

Arrived friday about 7pm and found it horrendous to park cos internationl fireworks display was on. The B & B however - typical traditional B& B with Simon as your host .Rooms clean and well presented. Good man, good chat, very good breakfast - would definatley stay again.

Quality of service was excellent

Had a great stay at this hotel Simon was very helpful also changed our room because I had booked the smallest room in the hotel and didn't know nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was really good and you got plenty of it. Neighbourhood was quiet we had a good night sleep very pleasant would stay there again.

Handy hotel in middle of Blackpool

As a single traveller I hate being given rooms with single beds so it was nice that the hotel had a double bed but charged a single rate. The room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs. The en suite was clean and the Mira shower was always warm with plenty of hot water. Good breakfast available - choice of cereal, tea or coffee, orange juice, toast and fry. The house itself was quiet although I did get some noise from the house next door. However, this was only during the day and it was quiet at night so my sleep was undisturbed. The bed had two mattresses which I thought a little strange but as they were thin the bed wasn't too high and was comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Manchester Square tram stop.
