Historic Colonial Foursquare near FASTC/Ft Barfoot

This recently renovated lovely home, built in 1900, is situated just a few blocks from charming downtown Blackstone, VA. It's just a few minutes drive to FASTC and Fort Barfoot. Enjoy a short stroll to downtown Blackstone's shops and antique malls or have dinner at one of our restaurants on Main Street. The house is well equipped, meant to feel like your home away from home.
The space
The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a 42 inch TV with Hulu provided, and a bookshelf with games and several books for your entertainment. The dining room is set up for 6, with two additional chairs in other spaces. It also has a dedicated workspace with power and lighting.
The kitchen is fully equipped and if we are missing anything, we will make every attempt to meet your needs. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a comfy king size bed, two have a firm mattress, two have a soft mattress. One bedroom is on the first floor and the other three are on the second floor. We have two full baths, one on each floor. The second floor bath as a clawfoot tub. The laundry room has a frontload washer and dryer with a large folding table and an iron and ironing board.

Outside on the front porch is a lovely 5ft porch swing. The front porch also has a ramp from the parking lot to make access to the house easier. In the back, there is a fenced-in yard and a deck with table and chairs. We also provide both a gas grill and a charcoal grill with BBQ utensils.
