「Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast is not very good but there is a waffle iron and a few grab and go items. No fruit or yogurt. Desk is often empty and you have to call...

「I have stayed in this motel several times over the years. Everything and everyone has been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The property is always maintained and clean. Whenever I’m in Blackwell, they will always get my business!」

「This place is crap ! Are was flooding because of a rain storm and called front desk and the man said o okay well tornado so when done I bring you towels. Wth we used all the towels we had in room and they brought us dirty and stained towels to use for showers it was nasty and guys next to us same problems. Never again!」

「This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees! The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. 「Room had been freshly remodeled. It was updated and clean. Breakfast was well rounded. Excellent accommodations, especially for the price. Would definitely stay again.」

「Nice hotel, convenient location, with access to just about everything in the Ponca City area. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast buffet. I had a brief problem with the shower, but it was quickly addressed by the staff (Someone had turned it off so tight it was locked up). I would recommend this hotel for travelers headed to Ponca, or the casinos north of Newkirk. Nice pool, but the jacuzzi was being repaired, so the only negative I can think of.」

「The room itself was great. However, the AC sounded like a John Deer Tractor all night. Additionally, there was the dreaded BEEP from a smoke detector that started at 4:00 AM. To top it off, there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby when I was pulling out at 6:55 AM.」
