Another Great Stay at Evergreen House

Everything was wonderful inside and outside! Second time at this property and will be back for sure! Especially perfect for our three-generation family getaway what with two living areas and lots of games in games room and garage!

A simply magical location for a group of families!

We booked this property for a group retreat for our church. The five families absolutely loved this location and it was incredibly family friendly, the kids didn't want to leave. The view and living spaces were amazing!

Great Spot!

We came here with a group of girls for my cousin’s bachelorette. It was so nice to relax and hangout on the deck, in the hot tub, and by the huge bay bench in the living room! We had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a reunion with friends to gather and relax. We had plenty of space to make and eat meals, do yoga, enjoy the spectacular views, and beach walks. We all loved the ambiance and decor inside as well. We would definitely stay again.

Ladies trip

We had a lovely stay in this home. The view is beautiful, and we were treated to a spectacular sunset each night! kitchen was well equipped, the deck had lots of comfortable seating, plenty of space for a large group. all in all a wonderful stay!

Great for Family vacation

This house was great for family vacation (16 people). The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for almost all of our cooking needs. The room above the garage made having a kids "loud" space and adults "quiet" space possible. The area was nice and quiet with a park about a 20 minute walk away. And the view from the back porch was great. I would highly recommend for people who just want to get thogether and spend time wth family

Perfect house for a family and friends getaway

We had a great long weekend at this beautiful home with 8 adults and 4 kids. Everyone felt that they had plenty of space and we loved hanging out on the deck and running around in the big backyard. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the under stair hidden play area. The internet was a bit spotty depending on where you were in the house, but we weren’t working so it wasn’t an issue. Great home base for our adventures.

Great family vacation home!

The Evergreen at Semiahmoo is a lovely home that was a perfect place for our family's vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 (7 adults + 3 children), lots of activities on the property (ping pong and pool tables, hot tub, and fire pit were especially popular) and easy access to outdoor activities (kayaking, playground, Peace Arch park, water slide park, and mini-golf). The house had many amenities that made our stay more comfortable, e.g., cozy lap blankets, plenty of kitchenware, and several large TVs. The kids' hideout under the stairs was a huge hit with our one year old!

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our birthday getaway! We had our 18 month old with us and having the crib available was great. I also liked that we could all escape to the game room while our son napped and it was separated and we didn’t have to worry about being too loud. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked so much yummy food. Played games until the wee hours of the morning and enjoyed the hot tub. The way the house is setup is perfect for entertaining. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and fit well. Lots of parking, quiet neighborhood, and loved being able to parka car in the garage. Bonus the beds are sooo comfortable. We will probably book again for next year!

Beautiful property location

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The 4 for cleanliness was due to a dirty oven. The accuracy of listing a 4 due to advertised number of people it sleeps. We had 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby, very tight sleeping arrangements. The WiFi, spotty. 2 people working during out stay had difficulty. The deck was amazing. The kitchen very well equipped. Ping pong table was fun! Garbage pickup very easy. View was spectacular. Binder about the property was very informative. Dog friendly!

Large enough for extended family. Clean!! Kitchen well stocked for the best of cooks. Could use more dish clothes. Plenty of dish towels. Could use more wash clothes and various towels for bathrooms and hottub. Two bedroom lamps not working and needed a few light bulbs throughout but these are just housekeeping items. Blaine Washington Family Trip

This is a beautiful home with amazing views. It worked very well for our group of nine. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The backyard was great for our grandkids to run and play. The pool table and ping pong table were a real hit with everyone. This place could easily be a 10 except for the showers. In the upstairs hall bathroom we were never able to get hot water in the shower. In the downstairs bathroom there was no water pressure and if water was used anywhere else in the house there was only a trickle of water. We enjoyed our stay but every night there was lot of complaining about showering.

Great home in a beautiful location!

This home is incredible, especially for large gatherings! All of our family members had very comfortable accomodations for sleeping and the layout of the house allowed for the whole family to comfortably gather togethwr while also allowing each guest the ability to have their own space for escape! This home offers the best of everything and the waterviews push it over the top to be the best place to stay in Blaine!
