What a beautiful place, cozy and peaceful surroundings!! We actually got snowed in and needed to stay an extra day and the host Ben was very understanding and nice. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!! Beautiful deer around in herds. Perfect for our couple get away. When the weeks are 90 to nothing this was just what we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house is tucked away in a nice and quiet community. We enjoyed the fire pit, corn hole, outdoor seating in the screened in porch and the hot tub. It is set up really well to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. The host Ben was super attentive when it came to any questions about the property and got back to us immediately. I would 100 percent recommend staying here either in the summer or winter time.

We loved the spaces in this house. The front porch, screened in back porch, and the fire pit were amazing. The layout of the house was great. To give an honest review several things must be pointed out:1. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom was disgustingly not clean when we arrived. The seat was also loose. We fixed both issues ourselves. Also as much as we loved the porches they could have been cleaner. We cleaned the furniture and tables. 2. Communication with the host produced a quick written response but poor follow through. The shade in the upstairs bathroom ripped on Thursday. The host was notified Thursday. The shade was finally replaced late in the day on Saturday. We notified the host on Thursday that there were only 3 wrist bands needed to use the community amenities. He said more would be brought over. They never arrived. 3.The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans. If you’re planning on cooking keep it simple. The grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it. 4. It’s June. The Christmas tree and mantle decorations could be taken down. Despite all the above issues, we would rent this house again. A little better cleaning and better upkeep would go a long way

The host was very responsive and communicative. It was a snowy and very cold weekend, so we were limited to the indoor spaces, which were slightly tight for our group of 8. With the outdoor spaces, in nicer weather this would have been less of an issue: the back screened in porch is huge! The hot tub was excellent and retained heat well and the TV there was great for relaxing on our cold weekend. (For snow time travelers: we had to pay a neighbor to plow the driveway to get our cars out the first day of snow, but at the end of the weekend, someone did come by and do additional snow removal.)
