"Great location approximately 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Close to Trincity mall with grocery. About a 30 minute drive to Port of Spain without traffic, considering all Carnival activities was in Port of Spain. The entire condo was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. "Family of Nine Left Stranded Outside in the Dark An extremely distressing experience. I booked Flowers of Joy Wellness Villa through Hotels.com for nine family members, including my elderly mother and four children aged 7–14. The host called on check-in day and I confirmed arrival between 5–6 pm. Check-in was advertised until 9 pm. At 6:06 pm, I WhatsApped to say we were almost there; the message was delivered. We arrived at 6:20 pm, but repeated calls went unanswered. At 6:24 pm, I messaged...

10/10 Excellent
"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Sudhaa you’re simply the BEST!!!"
