「The dates we stayed were 9/1-9/4/25. Beautiful space to relax and chill. The home was beautiful and the backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the pool and the use of the floaties. Never got the spa jets to come on so we didn’t end up using that. We didn’t use the lake but enjoyed the sunsets. Someone else had checked out the morning we arrived and the cleaning left much to be desired. The cleaning people did what looked like a fast job and missed SEVERAL things, which I brought to the Property...

We saw so many beautiful birds, and the fishing was nonstop—one bite after another! The house was spotless and tastefully decorated, with plenty of games for the kids to enjoy. 「This stay was clean and well appointed. There were a few small things that would definitely make it even better. The patio was covered with leaves, dirt and limbs, had the cleaners blew it off it would help keep the hot tub clean. We could not get the kurig to work, and the upstairs bedroom really needs a window unit or portable AC. But it fit our group fine in all other aspects. It was well stocked and the interior was very clean, 」

「Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out.
