  • This tiny home has everything you need, including a beautiful view out of the sliding glass doors. There are two new cabins on this property, each with a king bed and plush bedding. This cabin has a loveseat, 55" Roku TV (Disney+, ESPN+) a two seated bar, microwave, refrigerator, sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a bath/shower combination. I had a wonderful stay in this cozy little cabin on a recent hiking trip in southern Utah. Julie and Randy were welcoming hosts and communication was easy and ongoing. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had easy access to hiking areas in Bears Ears and Natural Bridges. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely return in the future.

What a great little place. We traveled to southern Utah to take in the sights and enjoy the weather. Happened to find this cute little place on VRBO as it was conveniently located and well priced. What a gem! Clean, friendly, great location. Loved how I could look out the front door and see land and sky. This couple has set up great resting spot. Has what you need and is well cared for. If we end up back in that area I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The room was roomy, clean and conveniently arranged. It didn't feel like a tiny house at all! The shower and water pressure was excellent. The privacy was so nice, especially when compared to a motel room, and the hosts are nearby if you need them. Loved this place and the surrounding sights!

We loved the cabin! It is quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect to visit the Four Corners area, Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Arches, Canyonlands and numerous other area sites.It is a great size for 2 people with all the amenities needed.

Awesome hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. Julie and Randy were more than helpful...and even sent us off with some fruit! Great place to relax and visit the many beautiful sites, including Arches National Park.

Perfect place to spend the night! The little cabin was attractive, clean and quiet yet convenient to town. Exactly as described. Julie was awesome- very prompt in contacting us, even as a last minute booking. The coffe and tea was a added bonus we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

Very clean, pleasant, nicely decorated. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to others. A hotplate/electric frying pan would be welcome as well as having the microwave more accessible for short people.

We didn’t have the app to get the check in info so Randy quickly arrived and helped up out. The decor is cute, everything we needed for our stay. There was even a friendly, white cat that came to visit us. The setting was lovely and close to restaurants in town. We highly recomnend!

Cute, cozy and comfortable

This is the cutest little home with all the amenities. Was comfortable, super clean and easy to check in/out. We were hauling a car trailer and the large parking area was a big bonus. Plus the peach tree was in full bloom which made for a unexpected treat for breakfast. Great place to stay!
