Stayed 4 days. Staff were attentive. Breakfast excellent. Room clean with bed very comfortable. Felt the promotion was misleading about the use of a wellness centre; it cost to use it! One day none of the room supplies were replaced (no toilet paper, no shower soap). The most disappointing aspect was that for 4 days we had no cooling; despite a number of approaches to helpful reception, the room was 24-25 degrees for 24/7, with no solution and minimal comms to keep us updated.

Lovely Hotel. Good Location.

The room was a delight. The staff (reception and restaurant) very attentive. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread. The Hotel is very close to the lake and the castle. The bus stop is just outside. Train station is a bit further away (not recommended.

They promote themselves with a spa. They don't tell you, you will be paying to use it on the site. The state of the hotel is old and needs modernization, but everything works. They have a lounge, but nobody serves a drink there and the bar in the evenings seem to be unattended as well. It has a lot of potential, but that would require some investment. The breakfast buffet though, that is really excellent.

It was ok.

We did not sleep very well for two nights because of the noise in the hotel. The hotel rooms are not soundproofed. You could hear everyone running up and down the corridors, talking loudly, and making noise. The positive side of the hotel, it is in a good location - Just a few minutes walk to the lake and to the castle. There are a choice of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel lobby and dining room are very nice. The staff are friendly.

The hotel was close to the bus station. The entrance was very spacious and tidy. The staff was very friendly. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage. On the other hand, hotel room door did not close automatically, the door had to be closed by hand. The bathroom was small. The water is the sink did not drain well.

酒店的位置很好，走到湖边就5分钟。就价格来说，酒店的设施只能说一般，但是也还ok，算得上干净整洁。早餐非常棒，值得花钱吃上一餐。
