Totally detached cottage, fully furnished and equipped, approved 2 stars (new standards).
Ideally located in the heart of the Loire Valley, this is an ideal base for exploring the rich historical, cultural and natural heritage of the region and its food and wine.
The cottage is situated in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Blois. Local shops 300m. Bus stop a few meters to take the shuttle service to the city center for free. The Loire path by bike is 600 m. The cottage has a lockable room for bicycles.
Located in the heart of the Châteaux region, Chambord, Chaumont sur Loire, Cheverny, Amboise ... can be reached by bike or car, very easily.
The Agl'eau Aquatic Center is a five-minute drive away.
Many other sports activities are nearby: tennis, horse riding, golf, hiking and mountain biking trails.

Ideal am Loire Radweg gelegenes kleines Haus.

Wir wurden von Madame Charmoy sehr nett begrüßt und sogar am Ende unseres Aufenthalts zum Bahnhof gebracht. Das kleine Haus war ausreichend gut eingerichtet für einen längeren Aufenthalt und in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Bäcker.

Un gîte cosy avec tout le nécessaire pour se reposer. 4 personnes peuvent facilement séjourner dans cette maisonnette. Un petit extérieur bien appréciable aussi. Mme Charmoy est accueillante et disponible (ainsi que Malouk le chien ;) ). Très bien desservi avec le bus et navette gratuite au bout de la rue. Seul léger hic : maison mitoyenne avec des enfants que l'on entend souvent en soirée.

La Loire et ses châteaux

Visite de 5 châteaux : Blois Villandry Chambord Cheverny un petit break avec le zoo de Beauval le dernier est Chenonceau. Sans oublier les restos notamment "Le Creusille" cuisine fine et savoureuse. Une belle region.

Kleines Haus mit allem was man braucht, nahe der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, lieber, verspielter Hund. Parken nicht immer in direkter Nähe möglich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt an der Loire.

Très agréable séjour

Le logement était parfait pour 2 personnes comme point de chute pour dormir et manger entre deux visites. Bien situé, dans une rue calme à proximité d'un arrêt de bus/navette et de quelques commerces utiles pour ravitailler le frigo notamment. La propriétaire est très sympathique ainsi que son très gentil chien qui venait nous saluer quasiment tous les jours avec sa balle bleu. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous gardons l'adresse de côté pour un éventuel futur nouveau séjour à Blois.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Region. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Wohnung um Blois und das Loiretal kennenzulernen

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war bei den teilweise hohen Temperaturen sehr hilfreich und man konnte trotz der Hitze gut schlafen. Die Lage ist ideal, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sind Geschäfte und die Altstadt schnell erreichbar, ebenso die Umgebung über den Radweg. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl ihrerGäste. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ideally located to visit Blois and some famous Loire castles

The house is ideally located to visit the city of Blois (walking distance, approx. 15 min to city center) with supermarket and bakery nearby as well. Parking is free, and often possible in front of the house. The house is small, but has all the amenities you need for a stay of few days. Cooking is possible, but we have chosen to eat out every day. Bedroom is located upstairs with lot of space for your clothes. Toilet and shower is located in small space, but comfortable, and hot water is available in an instant. Note that there is a very enthusiastic dog walking around, that the owner keeps inside/restrained if you are not a fan of dogs. The location of the house if really fantastic. Blois is a very interesting city, with beautiful royal castle and very nice Houdin museum. The city is also ideally located to visit castles like Chambord and Cheverny, some of the most famous Loire castles – all in 30 minutes driving distance. In addition at 5 min driving distance there is a large shopping center with Hypermarket and all kind of other type of shops. We have enjoyed our stay here.

Volonté de découvrir Blois et sa région pendant quelques jours. Nous voulions un logement tout proche du centre mais pas en plein centre pour retrouver un peu de calme après nos journées bien remplies.
