「The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.」

「Within walking distance of downtown, I enjoyed the hottub after spending the day biking on the rail-trail, and another day canoeing local creeks in the rain.I walked downtown for a free concert. This town has a great vibe going. The burger at Bones and Bitters was fabulous. I also enjoyed some local Mexican and Italian flavors.I came for the paddling and Adirondack Rail Trail and enjoyed both greatly. I'd do it again....maybe in the fall when the colors are at their peak.」

「The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...
