「The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable.」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
