「Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". Instead I was given 2 bags for 2 days with bottles of water , crackers and a bar. One bag was open and some stuff missing. I don't eat this anyway so I didn't care :) There is a diner close by that opens at 7...

「We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The staff was amazing, super helpful and attentive when I pointed out an issue with the room I was in. Though the room itself wasn’t in the best shape (stains on the couch) they were super helpful and had it cleaned within 30 minutes. Brand new sheets and the works. Parking was a little confusing because of the parking lot location, but once we found it, it was super easy to find a spot. 5/5 stars from me.」
