1 Beautiful View was great!

We stayed for our vacation in June 2024. The house was beautiful, just as described. It was nice coming back to the hot tub after a day out exploring the area. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at 1 Beautiful View. The home was so clean and comfortable! The location was perfectly placed with easy access to Blowing Rock, Boone, and the Blue Ridge Parkway! Will definitely stay here again!

Christmas Getaway!

We enjoyed a quick 4 night stay just before the Christmas holiday. It had just snowed, so it was quite magical and the indoor gas fireplace came in so handy as we made Christmas cookies! The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was delightful (although it did start to smell “off” on our 3rd day). Conveniently located and we enjoyed both Boone and Blowing Rock and even got a ski day in. Perfect little getaway!

Beautiful Views

Nice home with beautiful views and it was well maintained and clean. Overall I would recommend this home with just a few caveats to keep in mind. I have stayed in both this home and the one next door over the years and the location is very convenient but just be aware that the homes are right beside each other and the photos don't really show that. Each time I have stayed in this area you can I have had loud neighbors with barking dogs. We could hear the people next to us singing loudly on Sunday morning while we were trying to enjoy coffee on the deck. Our code did not work at check-in and while the problem was fixed quickly when we called, this could have been more of an issue if someone had arrived after hours or if they did not have enough service to call for help since service can be limited in the mountains. The flat pillows and bedding in the master need updating. The furniture in the sitting areas in the living room and basement den is not made for comfort and the plastic chairs for the fire ring were cracked but I did appreciate the padding available for the metal deck chairs.

Just what we needed

Perfect Mountain getaway

We loved our stay at 1 Beautiful View! The view is truly incredible. We were able to sit in the hot tub and watch the snow fall over the mountains. Very comfortable, close to town.

We loved the cabin and the views were incredible. Super close to both Boone and Blowing Rock.

Check-in/check-out was super easy. Communication regarding the property was great. Definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach the cabin in the winter.

Great House

W enjoyed our stay. The WiFi wasn’t working, and the code to the keypad didn’t work. We received a quick callback to get us in the house so that wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed the house.

Exceptionally clean, easy check-in and out, and minutes to Tweetsie and Blowing Rock. Beautiful sunrises! Was a bit surprised to find it in a neighborhood of cabins quite close together, as we were expecting something more remote. But still peaceful, quiet, and serene.
