Have No Regrets is a cute, cozy 2BR, 2.5BA mountain cottage with a fresh makeover, and offers a fun mountain modern character within a comfy cottage, conveniently located in Blowing Rock on Appalachian Ski Mountain! Walk to the Appalachian Ski Mountain lodge, ski slopes, ice skating rink, and snow tubing from the cottage! Enjoy shopping, restaurants, and activities in downtown Blowing Rock, less than 4 miles away! Tweetsie Railroad and High Gravity Adventures are both only 4 miles away! The town of Boone, and the Appalachian State University campus are all about 5 miles away! Also close by are: Boone Golf Course (5 miles away); Grandfather Mountain and its popular Profile hiking trails (17 miles away); the village of Valle Crucis, with its Original Mast General Store, and huge riverfront community park (12 miles away); Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines (17 miles away); Sugar Mountain Ski and Golf Resort (19 miles away); Alpine Wilderness Roller Coaster (19 miles away); downtown Banner Elk (20 miles away); and Ski Beech (27 miles away)!

The cottage itself is a 2-level house with level parking and level entry. Two cars can park comfortably here, three if done thoughtfully, and all aren't oversized vehicles. No RVs, trailers only if it is considered to be one of the three allotted vehicles. The main level offers an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with an HD Smart TV and a gas wood stove fireplace. The LR sofa also opens up to provide a Queen sleeper bed for extra sleeping options. There is a full bathroom on the main level with a nice oversized shower, as well as a washer and dryer. The main level deck is partly-covered and partly open-air with a fun hinged bar top for outdoor dining, a gas grill, comfy outdoor furniture, and a warm fire table.

Upstairs offers two bedroom suites; one of the two the suites features a King bed, HD Smart TV, and a private ensuite half bathroom. The second suite features a Queen bed, HD Smart TV, and a private ensuite full bathroom with shower.

The new owners have completed a thorough renovation with new furniture, a new gas fireplace in the LR, new TVs throughout, and some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms! WiFi internet and TV programming are two of the creature comforts here for guests to enjoy. More fun things are in the works for the future at Have No Regrets, so make this a tradition, and enjoy fun new things as the new owners continue to make this their, and your, ideal vacation destination!

*There is no central air conditioning at Have No Regrets, however each of the two suites has a window unit AC that can give some cool comfort on any unusually-hot summer days; there is a third window AC unit for the living room area as well.
