"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "Ja, es ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn die Raumhöhe teilweise nur 1,90 m beträgt und mann sich auchmal bücken muss. Aber das tat der Freude und Entspannung keinen Abruch. Einmalig die Bergwelt und ihr Panorama. Zu empfehlen ist ein Spaziergang zum Rellseck für einen Sonnenaufgang. "Die 5 Tage Mellau (Osterferien) in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung von Karoline waren super! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, bekamen viele Tipps. Das I-Tüpfelchen war, dass wir obwohl auf der mellauer Seite schon alles grün war, in Damüls doch noch skifahren konnten. Ein super Skigebiet für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)"
