Super Lodge in einem tollen Game Reserve

Die Game Drives sind hervorragend und unser Ranger Flo war super und hat uns viel auch von der Natur erklärt. Der Nature Walk war auch super interessant. Die Anreise ist etwas abenteuerlich über Dirt Roads, ein 4x4 ist allerdings nicht nötig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Landschaft. Die Chalets sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fühlt sich sehr familiär und besonders an. Die Game Drives waren der Wahnsinn. Wir hatten einen tollen Guide, der uns so viel über die Tiere, die Vegetation und Südafrika im allgemeinen erzählt hat. Und wir haben viele Tiere aus nächster Nähe gesehen. Es war total klasse. Wir waren leider zu kurz da und würden das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall länger bleiben.

Um sonho de lugar! Tudo foi absolutamente incrível, o staff do lodge foi altamente exemplar, um cuidado especial com todos os hóspedes. A comida maravilhosa, o quarto muito confortável, o game driver espetacular, que lugar maravilhoso! Tivemos a oprotunidade também de conhecer uma escola fundada em 1941 o qual a fundação Kuzuko apoia.

FABULOSO!!

A hospedagem no Kuzuko foi uma das melhores experiências que já tive na vida!!! O hotel é maravilhoso em todos os aspectos: confortável, limpo, com comida muito boa e atendimento excepcional! Destaco a gentileza e atenção do gerente Jacome, que fez a reserva do transfer e atendeu a todos os meus pedidos com extrema educação e profissionalismo. Recomendo que fiquem hospedados por um período mínimo de três dias, para poder aproveitar tudo do hotel! O passeio pelo Safari ( que é oferecido pelo hotel) é sensacional, conseguimos ver diferentes espécies de animais em seus habitats naturais. Além disso, recomendo que façam pelo menos uma massagem no SPA (que não tá incluído, mas vela a pena pagar!!).

Fantastisches Erlebnis

Die Kuzuko Lodge liegt atemberaubend. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern aus ist gigantisch. Die Safari Drives sind exzellent und werden von extrem kompetenten Rangern durchgeführt, die ihren Beruf lieben und leben. Alle Ausfahrten waren ein Erlebnis für sich. Wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service im Restaurant. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Super Lodge mit ungewöhnlicher Safari

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Lodge. Mit der Lage innerhalb des privaten Reservats, unserem Chalet sowie den Mahlzeiten, Ankunft, Abreise, dem Servicepersonal und der Sauberkeit waren wir 100% zufrieden. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern sowie die Landschaft, in der das Reservat am Rande des Addo Elephant Nationalparks liegt, sind spektakulär. Was uns — und wir haben schon zahlreiche Safaris hinter uns — sehr gestört hat, war die Herangehensweise an das Safari—Erlebnis. Es wurde uns mehr oder weniger von Beginn an das „Programm“ mitgeteilt. Erste Ausfahrt zu den Löwen, zweite Geparden, dritte Elefanten etc. Die Ranger wussten zumindest ungefähr wo sich welche Tiere gerade aufhielten, unsere Rangerin fuhr dorthin, und ließ andere Tiere, die direkt am Wegrand waren, außer acht. Sie stoppte fast nur dann, wenn mehrere Personen im Wagen laut riefen. Giraffen und Büffel werden in jeweils separaten Bereichen gehalten. Die Gründe dafür (damit sie virusfrei bleiben bzw.. um die strengen Nationalparkregeln zu umgehen) kann man evtl. noch verstehen, von Safarifeeling ist da aber nichts zu spüren. Schade, denn eigentlich hätten Hotelbereich und die Gamereserve auch ohne die ganz große Bandbreite an Tieren sehr viel zu bieten.

2 Nätter i okt 2017

Den nu uppdaterade vägbeskrivningen gör resan till Kuzuko betydligt enklare ,dvs att inte behöva åka via R400 som vid tillfället var en usel väg - att istället svänga av via 'Ann’s Villa' innebär en bättre grusväg (även om den ser dålig ut från stora vägen blir den bättre efter några hundra meter) och övergår efter ca 12km i nyasfalt.. Maten liksom boendet var högklassigt,dricka ingår ej , poolen fin men kall ( kan vara skönt ..) Vi såg många djur men leoparderna lyckades gömma sig trots att vi enligt radiopejlingen var bara 100talet meter från dem - 2st turer per dag kl 05.30 och kl16 ca 3-4 tim per tur på skumpiga vägar med jeep ingår.. varm dag övergår snabbt i kyla på jeepen särskilt som det kan blåsa kraftigt (mössa är inte fel) . Mycket bra guide (Dave?) . Förmodligen finns andra ställen med fler djur men vi var ändå mycket nöjda.

Perfeito!

Hotel perfeito! Atendimento impecável, refeições maravilhosas. Os Safaris são emocionantes, com parada para café ou drinks. Os rangers não medem esforços para que vejamos todos os animais. O cuidado com a natureza é impecável e todos parecem amar muito o que fazem. O lugar é maravilhoso, os quartos possuem uma vista linda e nenhum lodge tem vista para o outro. Muito relaxante!

Exceptional up and coming game reserve

Kuzuko is really in the middle of nowhere but well worth the drive. 4x4 highly recommended. 60km of rough dirt road. We saw Lions, Elephants, Cheetas, Buffalo and many different antelope on the 2 x daily game drives. Food was good. Staff bent over backwards to help with individual issues. Pool area very nice although not enough time to enjoy it between all the game drives!

Simply amazing

The lodge is located on a private part of the reserve which only guests have access to, so you will not get lots of cars driving around searching for animals. The staff are amazing and made us feel very welcome. A big thanks should go to our ranger JP who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. His knowledge and passion for the animals and environment was inspirational. We probably spent 8 hours on the road each day (we stayed three nights) but not once did we feel bored or tired. Tracking elephants on foot was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone staying. Even if you don't get too close to the animals just exploring the area on foot is great fun and you learn a few things about fauna and flora. If you like wildlife and tranquility you will not want to leave this place, just like me. Thank you Kuzuko Lodge

Stunning location

Absolutely stunning location with views of the forest and ocean. Lovely spacious room with very good and large bathroom. We stayed in the main building. They also have chalets which are more rustic. Excellent breakfast. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent. Good and well presented food.

Einmalige Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist umwerfend. Vom Hauptgebäude und von den Zimmern, die jeweils einzeln in einem kleinen Haus untergebracht sind, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Weite des Buschlandes. Grandios! Auch wenn die Anfahrt etwas länger dauert, sie ist es allemal wert. Die GameDrives und Walks waren super, die Guides haben sich alle Mühe gegeben und haben uns nicht nur zu den Tieren gebracht (insbesondere Löwen und Elefanten), sondern auch alle Informationen zu Flora und Fauna parat gehabt. Das Essen, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer waren mehr als gut.

Awesome Safari - Great staff

Safari was superb CF was our ranger and he was excellent. Staff were very helpful and attentive would and have recommended to others that this is a great place to stay.
