“Very clean, modern space. Property owner was very informative and gave perfect instructions for check in/out. Apt was in great location, at end of village, in quiet area of town, but within walking distance to everything, no need to drive for Village activities. Included all necessities. Only upgrade I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror in the bedrooms or somewhere in apt. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!”

“The cabin was perfect and just what we needed. The lakefront property was idyllic and indeed the slice of wilderness heaven promised in the listing. The host, Barb, was helpful, kind, compassionate, and quite amenable and understanding. She even came out in a storm when we locked ourselves out by accident. The location and proximity to other jewels of Maine as well as the freshest of seafood and Maine home cooking made day trips a very feasible possibility! You can’t miss with this property……

“Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. ”

“The first floor has been remodeled and has up-to-date appliances. The second floor has spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small.We enjoyed having the indoor pool and fire pit.The owner was quick to respond to emails.”

“This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again.”

“It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.”

“We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing.
