“Very nice property. I would have liked to have known that there would be other occupants staying in a separate, locked downstairs apartment. That part was not listed in our agreement so entire home should be removed from listing. Having the other occupants had my family parking in the street which was fine but I prefer to be parked in a driveway. There were no problems with other occupants, I just would have liked to have know sooner than the night before. The 4 rating on cleanliness was because……

“It was our 3rd time staying and everything was as expected. New updates to the bathroom were nice surprise. Thanks again for a lovely stay while we visited our daughter at Wesleyan. ”

“This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. ”

“This house was perfect for the 4 of us. We all had our own bedroom and shared the bath. It’s very clean and close to everywhere we were going! The home is modern and the beds were comfy! I would stay there again. Great home! ”

“The house was as advertised. Neighborhood is quaint enjoyed our morning walks to the lake. We were visiting our son at UCONN and location was convenient to campus, the Hartford football and basketball arenas (15 minutes to all). Loved the Woke Breakfast and Coffee spot in Coventry so much that we went both mornings. One "watch out", the house is an older lake cottage and may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Stairway to second floor is steep and narrow and rooms are small and……

“Very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed apartment was perfect for my purposes as I attended a reunion at a facility three miles away. Apart from the facility there was not much close by, but that contributed to the quiet, which I appreciated. Common spaces in building were not charming or particularly welcoming , but the location felt safe to this solo female traveler.”

“The location was great and it was nicely decorated. For the money it was a good value for us. The host was quick to respond and resolve any concerns we had. Maybe a bit small for more than 2 people. ”
