"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six total and pets enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the pool, my son the gym, pets loved the walking areas, lots of dog bags provided! The cute neighborhood behind was great walking! Proximity to restaurants were great and we Loved the beach access that had restrooms, showers and a life guard. Great location. A little tough taking dogs up and down from the 3rd floor but very doable.(no elevator) Suggest packing light! Great thick towels plenty provided! Every thoughtful thing provided. One of the best places I have stayed before in the area with special details (soap, dryer balls, beach towels, coffee, paper towels, etc) Bedding was very nice and comfortable! Donut hole, Starbucks, Publix and Walmart all about 15 minutes away. Property management was always quick to respond and very kind! We were all so grateful to stay here and blessed someone would open their home to us like this."

"TLDR; Misleading listing. First floor fully visible from outside at night even with blinds down. No window coverings. Left immediately. Host and Vrbo refused refund—only resolved through credit card dispute.We did not stay and left immediately upon arrival due to a serious privacy and safety issue not reflected in the listing.At night, with lights on and blinds fully down, the entire first floor is clearly visible from outside. From the driveway, we could see the layout, furniture, and even kitchen appliances. The main living area was fully exposed to anyone outside and the neighbors directly across. This was not apparent from the listing photos.We went inside briefly to check for additional coverings and found none—no curtains or anything usable on the first floor. There were curtains upstairs, which shows awareness of privacy concerns, but that same standard was not applied to the main living area.We did not bring any belongings inside and left within minutes to find other accommodations.The biggest issue was the response afterward. We immediately contacted the host and Vrbo, provided photos, and explained the situation. Despite clear evidence and acknowledgment from a Vrbo rep that the main level was clearly visible, the host refused to issue a refund. The only way we recovered our money was through a credit card dispute.If you choose to stay and encounter an issue requiring a refund, be aware that resolving it may be difficult and not guaranteed."

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."
