"We loved this house and the neighborhood it is in! The house itself is very close to beach access, restaurants, coffee, and shopping without being on a busy road. Everything you could possibly need is provided with this house: the golf cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, a backpack cooler, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and a starter pack of TP and trash bags. It was nice not having to go grocery shopping the moment we arrived. The house was more than comfortable for our family of 5. Check-in was a breeze with the door codes being sent electronically. No need to stop at a management facility for a key. Check-out required minimal effort, too (just start the dishwasher and a load of towels). Jeff was very responsive to my questions and made the whole process of booking, check-in and check-out easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and is located in a safe gated neighborhood! The owner is very responsive and we had no trouble with check in. It’s a 10 min walk to the private access beach and if we wanted to meet friends at the public beach access by Blue Mountain Creamery, we had to drive (finding parking was difficult). It would be nice if bikes were included with this rental, as the larger homes nearby all included bikes and a golf cart. Overall we had a wonderful stay!"
